Notification of Change of Interest

Eurasia has today received the following notification of change in interest in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:

On 15 August 2008, Luncroft Holdings Limited acquired 10,140,300 ordinary shares in the Company. The total number of shares Luncroft Holdings Limited now hold in the Company is 10,140,300 ordinary shares, representing 7.19% of the total number of shares in issue and 7.19% of the total voting rights in the Company.
