7 January 2009 Surface Transforms plc (the "Company") Holdings in Company The Company received notification on 6 January 2009 that, on that day,C.Gledhill Ltd acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to0.53 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
