24 October 2007 SILENTPOINT PLC ("Silentpoint" or "the Company") Holding in Company
The Company was notified yesterday that, following a disposal on 26 September 2007 of 500,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 3.14 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Silentpoint, Suffolk Life Annuities Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the voting share capital of the Company.
