12 May 2008 Surface Transforms plc (the "Company") Holdings in Company

The Company was notified on 9 May 2008 that following a purchase on 7 May 2008, C.Gledhill Ltd now holds 1,675,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 8.80 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company has been notified that following a sale on 7 May 2008 Gartmore Investment Limited no longer holds a notifiable interest in the voting share capital of the Company.
