Following the issue of 18,571,124 new ordinary shares of one pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in relation to the Joint Share Ownership Plan on 6 February 2012, TPJ was notified on that date by Close Asset Management Limited that its holding of 17,641,666 Ordinary Shares now represents 4.81% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
