The Company was today notified that Thornaby Limited has, on 29 September 2010, disposed of 2,800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the disposal Thornaby Limited has an interest in 25,031,986 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.83 % of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
