On 18 October 2016, Independent Resources plc (the "Company") was notified that Barry Stansfield has disposed of 59,285,714 ordinary shares. He retains a holding of 90,000,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.74% of the issued share capital.
The Company was also notified that Sanderson Capital Partners have disposed of 40,000,000 ordinary shares. They retain a holding of 69,476,190 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.20% of the issued share capital.
