Eastern European Property Fund Limited (the "Company")
Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 27 March 2013 that, as at the same date, Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (International) Limited ("BMAM") (previously Spearpoint Limited), through its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, holds 7,080,921 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 39.19% of the Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights attached. Of these, 3,963,321 Ordinary Shares, representing 21.94% of the issued share capital, are managed on a discretionary basis, on behalf of customers of BMAM.
In addition, BMAM has a discretionary mandate over a further 755,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.18% of the issue share capital, which are not registered in the name of Secure Nominees Limited.
