Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 15 September 2009 that as at the same day Spearpoint Limited ("Spearpoint"), through its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, holds 5,635,821 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 29.06% of the shares in issue with voting rights attached. Of these, 2,880,321 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.85% of the issued share capital, are held on behalf of customers of Spearpoint on a discretionary managed basis.

In addition, Spearpoint has a discretionary mandate over a further 975,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.03% of the issued share capital, which are not registered in the name of Secure Nominees Limited.
