Holdings in the Company
2ergo announces that the Company was informed today that Aviva plc and its subsidiaries have a beneficial interest in 4,968,774 ordinary shares, representing 15.18% of the issued share capital of the Company. 4,853,227 (14.83%) of these shares are held directly and 115,547 (0.35%) are held indirectly.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 32,723,229.
