The Company was informed on 27 March 2015 that, on 23 March 2015, Aberdeen Holdings Limited acquired 300,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, Aberdeen Holdings Limited is interested in 5,979,545 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.258 per cent. of PCFG's ordinary share capital.
