London, 24 November 2014 - Touchstone was notified on 24 November 2014 by Mr Ilyas Khan that his aggregate beneficial ownership has increased from 45,033,855 to 48,533,855 representing 10.09% of issued share capital (threshold passed on 24 November 2014, 10%) held as to: Pennine Capital Limited, 23,000,000 common shares; ECK Partners Holdings Limited, 22,720,859 common shares; and Stanhill Special Situations Fund Limited, 2,812,996 common shares.
The above percentage has been calculated on the current issued share capital of 480,982,800 common shares.
