On 15 July 2008 Pinewood Shepperton plc was notified by Goodweather Investment Management Limited that on 11 July 2008 the shareholding of Rulegale Nominees Limited increased from 9,280,000 to 9,970,000, thereby resulting in the percentage of indirect voting rights exceeding the threshold of 21% of the total voting rights. The transaction resulted in Rulegale Nominees Limited holding 21.76% of the total voting rights in Pinewood Shepperton plc.
