The Company received a notification on 3rd April 2014 from Polar Capital European Forager Fund Limited, stating that, following market trades made on 2nd April 2014, Polar Capital European Forager Fund Limited has an interest in 1,760,258 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 in the Company, which represents 5.76% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 30,545,159 ordinary shares.
