The Company announces that it received notification that following a disposal of ordinary shares of 0.04p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 November  2009, Barclays plc, through the legal entities Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard Investment Management Ltd, has an indirect interest in 151,482,007 Ordinary Shares which represents 23.33% of the current voting rights of the Company.
