For immediate release 7 June 2006 Mondas plc ("Mondas" or the "Company") Holding in Company Mondas announces that the Company was notified yesterday that, following a saleof 100,000 ordinary shares on 1 June 2006, FF&P Small Cap UK Equity Fund, asub-fund of FF&P Global Equities Umbrella Fund, hold 2,025,000 Mondas ordinaryshares, equivalent to 5.56 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.ENDMONDAS PLC
