The company was notified on 11 August 2009 that, following a disposal of its entire holding of 10,153,001 Hightex ordinary shares on 6 August 2009, RAB Capital plc (acting as discretionary manager of RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited) no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
