The Company announces that it received notification that following a number of disposals of ordinary shares of 0.04p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") EiRx Pharma Limited (in liquidation) now has an interest in 106,359,185 Ordinary Shares which represents 17.03% of the current voting rights of the Company.
