On 14 June 2011, The Rank Group Plc ("Rank") received notification from Legal & General Investment Management (under the obligations imposed by Section DTR5 of the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules) that, as at 13 June 2011, Legal & General Group Plc ceased to have a notifiable interest in the voting rights attached to ordinary 138/9p shares of Rank.
