Armour Group plc ("Armour" or the "Company")

Holding in Company

The Board of Armour was notified today that the Armour Employees' Share Trust (the "Trust") yesterday purchased 2,458,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 15 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Trust is now interested in 3,424,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
