The Board of Hightex has been notified by Ludgate 181 (Jersey) Limited ("Ludgate 181") that it participated in the placing announced today by subscribing for 5,789,550 new Hightex ordinary shares at the placing price of 3 pence per Hightex ordinary share. This subscription has increased Ludgate 181's shareholding to 9,106,620 Hightex ordinary shares, representing 6.14% of the issued share capital as enlarged by the placing.
