Cape PLC14 September 2006 Cape PLC ("the Company") Holding in Company Schroder Investment Management Limited informed the Company on 12 September 2006that they had an interest in 11,775,747 ordinary shares of 25p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 14.10 per cent. of theCompany's issued ordinary share capital. The shares are held in portfolios managed by Schroder Investment ManagementLimited on a discretionary basis for clients under investment managementagreements.
