Hardide PLC04 October 2006 Hardide PLC (the "Company") Holding in Company Hardide plc has today been informed by the Dresdner Kleinwort Group Limited thatfollowing a purchase by Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc ("Cornhill") of 1,425,000ordinary shares, Allianz AG and subsidiaries together with Cornhill are nowinterested in 6,589,332 shares of Hardide plc, representing 4.49 per cent. ofthe Company's issued share capital.
