The Company was notified on 30 July 2010 that, following the disposal of 125,000 shares in Avesco on 29 July 2010, Small Companies Dividend Trust has an interest in 675,000 ordinary shares held in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees Limited. At approximately 2.7% of the Company's total voting rights, this holding is no longer notifiable.
