RM2 International S.A. ("RM2" or "the Company") was notified on 21 October 2015 that Woodford Investment Management LLP has an interest in total of 109,654,011 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 27.6% of the total issued share capital.
In addition, RM2 was notified on 23 October 2015 that J.P. Morgan Securities Plc has an interest in the Company that is below the minimum threshold of 3.0%.
