The Company was advised on 26 January 2011 that, following a disposal of 4,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 25 January 2011, Hargreave Hale Limited (Discretionary Clients) holds an indirect interest in 41,420,000 ordinary shares, which represents 4.96 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
