On 22nd December 2011, Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") received notification advising that, on 19th and 20th December 2011, G S Pitt and P J Moss sold 320,000 ordinary 5p shares at a price of 32.75 pence each.
Following the sale G S Pitt and P J Moss now hold an interest in 3,599,977 Ordinary Shares, which represents 3.808% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
