The Company was informed on 14 July 2009 that between 01/07/2009 and 14/07/2009 Cairns Investment Holdings Ltd sold 21,800,000 ordinary shares in PNC Telecom and is now interested in 46,750,000 ordinary shares, or 4.78% of the issued share capital.
