The Company was notified on 8 June 2015 that Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (International) Limited ("BMAM"), through its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, holds 5,794,600 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 37.26% of the Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights attached. Of these, 903,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.81% of the issued share capital, are managed on a discretionary basis, on behalf of customers of BMAM.
