Balkan Investment Company advised us today that the aggregate shareholding of it and its subsidiary companies in Fyffes plc amounts to 37,238,334, representing 12.14% of the ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. This aggregate holding by Balkan Investment Company and its subsidiaries includes 21,944,501 shares held by Arnsberg Investment Company, representing 7.16% of the Fyffes shares in issue.
