On 12 July 2016, Berkeley Energia Limited (Company) was notified via the filing of a Form 605 with ASX that Hadron Capital LLP had provided notice of it ceasing to be a substantial holder (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001) of the Company as of 4 July 2016, having disposed of 8,147,583 shares previously held for consideration of £2,933,095.
