API Group PLC18 July 2007 Following a notification received on 6th July from Bear Stearns InternationalTrading Limited that, with effect from 5th July, it no longer had any holding ofordinary shares in the Company, an announcement was duly made to this effect on9th July. The Company has today been informed by Bear Stearns InternationalTrading Limited that its notification to the Company on 6th July was incorrectand that it continues to hold 2,770,000 shares, comprising 8.04% of the sharesin issue.
