London, 17 September 2008 - The Company was notified on 16 September 2008 that, with effect from 12 September 2008, the total voting rights of Lehman Brothers International (Europe) had fallen below 3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached and, as such, it no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
