Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), the national financial adviser of choice for Middle Britain, announces that on 1 March 2018 the Company was informed that David Hickey had decreased his interest in ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by 1,915,395 Ordinary Shares.
Following the above transaction, Mr Hickey's residual holding is below 3 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
