The Company was notified on 3 August 2009 by Safeguard Management Limited as Trustee of The Timis Trust that following a disposal of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) on 3 August 2009, it has an interest in 31,471,881 of the Company’s Ordinary Shares representing 9.97% per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
