Red Rock has been today notified by Mr Rupert Labrum that following recent purchases he beneficially owns 7,950,034 shares in the Company, which is 3.17% of the outstanding share capital.

In addition, Mr Haralambos Christoforou yesterday notified the Company that he no longer has a notifiable interest.

Mr John Arnold has also yesterday notified the Company that he no longer has a notifiable interest.
