Holdings in Company

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of search marketing services, digital strategy advice, intuitive Software as a service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that, further to the announcement dated 30 June 2011 and in response to significant investment demand from a number of institutional and other investors, it has received notification of the following:

·; David Ivy has sold 29,755,107 Ordinary Shares;

·; Helium Special Situations Fund has sold 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares; and

·; Christopher Potts has sold 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares.

David Ivy no longer holds over 3% of the issued capital meaning that he is longer a significant shareholder of the Company.

Helium Special Situations Fund now holds 31,400,000 Ordinary Shares which represent 11.41% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Christopher Potts now holds 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares which represent 3.64% of the issued share capital.
