Notification of Interest
Amiad, a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it was notified on 2 January 2013 that A.M.S.I. Investments (1997) Ltd ("AMSI"), a company controlled by Kibbutz Amiad, purchased 146,616 ordinary shares of the Company on 2 January 2013 at a price of 294.5 pence per share.
Following the transaction, AMSI holds 10,309,187 ordinary shares in Amiad, representing 45.49% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
