Disclosure of significant shareholding and grant of warrants

The Company was notified on 3 September 2010 that, Richard Hughes, a director of Zeus Capital, and his wife, hold a total of 74,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 7.61 per cent. of the issued share capital.

The Company also announces that it has today granted warrants over 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each to Zeus Capital Limited (representing approximately 0.51 per cent of the current issued share capital) in respect of corporate finance advice. The subscription price is 0.2p per Ordinary Share and the exercise period is five years from the date of grant.
