Notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder

On 8 January 2009, the Company was notified of the following change in substantial shareholding:

- As at 7 January 2009, Nexus Energy Limited and its subsidiaries ceased to be a substantial holder in the Company's shares having sold 37,729,936 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company between 5 January 2009 and 7 January 2009. In its previous holding in Company notice dated 5 January 2009, Nexus Energy Limited reported that it held 37,729,936 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company, representing 6.42% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
