NMT Group PLC22 February 2006 22 February 2006 NMT Group PLC ('NMT' or the 'Company') Holding in the Company NMT announces that it was notified today that Volvere PLC, following thepurchase of 135,659 ordinary shares in NMT on 21 February 2006, now holds1,298,083 ordinary shares in NMT, representing approximately 14.9% of the issuedordinary share capital of the Company. Volvere PLC notified the Company on 13 February 2006 that it is also interestedin a contract for difference over a further 1,306,600 ordinary shares in NMT,representing 15.0% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
