zamano plc ("zamano" or the "Company") - Holdings in Company

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 17 of both the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange and the ESM Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange.

On 13 December 2010 the Company was informed by Pageant Holdings Limited ("Pageant") that, on 13 December 2010, Pageant had acquired a total of 1,798,566 ordinary shares in the Company and that, following this acquisition, it is now the beneficial owner of 15,357,458 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 15.98% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
