CSS Stellar PLC03 February 2005 CSS Stellar plc Holding in Company CSS Stellar plc ("the Company") has been informed that on 2 February 2005,Acquisitor Holdings Ltd acquired 1,543,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in theCompany, being 5.3% of the total voting shares of the Company in issue. As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Acquisitor HoldingsLtd in the Company is 2,403,000 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 8.3% of thetotal voting shares in issue.
