The Company was notified on 6 October 2010 that, following a disposal of 515,174 Ordinary Shares in the Company, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited indirectly holds 16,202,716 Ordinary Shares (with an equivalent number of voting rights) which represent approximately 21.95 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
