Daniel Stewart Securities Plc (AIM: DAN), the investment bank offering corporate advisory and institutional stock broking services, has been informed that Mr Adam Wilson transferred 7,035,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Shares") into his SIPP on 22 August 2013 at a price of 0.60p per share.

Following the above, Adam Wilson's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 42,612,000 Shares representing approximately 8.2 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
