Pennant International Group Plc was yesterday notified that on 7 July 2008 Mr David Seal purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 8.5p per share.
Following this purchase Mr David Seal has a beneficial interest in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.28 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
