Worsley Investors PLC notified Spectra Systems on 2 July 2015 that, following the acquisition on 30 June 2015 of 150,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 ("Shares") in Spectra, Worsley Investors Fund's interest in the Shares now amounts to 4,650,000 Shares representing 10.28% of the issued share capital of Spectra.
