Aricom PLC12 June 2006 Shareholdings in Company 12 June 2006 Aricom plc (the 'Company') was notified on 12 June 2006 that, following apurchase of shares on 9 June 2006, Lansdowne Partners Limited now holds45,560,169 Ordinary Shares in the Company on behalf of client funds that itmanages. This holding represents 13.59 per cent of the current total issuedshare capital of the Company, being 335,348,134 Ordinary shares. On 8 June 2006, the Company announced that Philotus Holdings Limited hadexercised its right to subscribe for 18,262,987 Ordinary shares, in accordancewith the Option Agreement dated 18 April 2006 between Philotus Holdings Limitedand the Company. This exercise is conditional on the admission of these sharesto trading on AIM and following admission, expected to be later this week, theissued share capital of the Company will be 353,611,121. At such time, thepercentage holding of Lansdowne Partners Limited will be reduced to 12.88%.
