Notification of shareholdings
The Board of Vyke Communications plc (AIM: VYKE) announces that it has today been notified that Brainspark plc has a notifiable interest in 21,392,859 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company representing approximately 11.56 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, the Board of Vyke also announces that it was notified on 17 May 2010 that Lloyds Bank Group no longer has a notifiable interest in the shareholding of the Company
