On the 21 May 2008, Midas Capital plc disclosed an increase in their holding of Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 11.99% to 13.87%. This resulted from the purchase of 1,978,533 shares on 16 May 2008. They are now the direct owner of 14,565,000 shares.
